Dr Genia Diamond
Head of Business Development
Genia Diamond brings 20 years of experience in asset management, both from the buy-side as an allocator and sell-side, leading business development at several Hedge Funds. Her roles encompassed investment research, marketing, sales and enterprise management.
She started her career as an allocator with PAAMCO PRISMA focusing on investment due diligence of emerging and start up hedge funds. Prior to joining Ananda, she notably was a co-founder and the CEO of Merlyn Advisors, a special situations specialist. Before that she spent 8 years as a Partner at Cantab building it into a $5bn leading systematic investment firm that was acquired by GAM.
She has a PhD in Linguistics. She is a senior leader at 100 Women in Finance and Mentor at GAIN (Girls Who Invest).
Samson Jayes
Investment Analyst
Prior to joining Ananda, Samson was an Associate with Evercore in London, working in the Investment Banking practice where he advised on Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital raisings across Europe.
Samson holds an MA degree in English Literature from Trinity College, Cambridge and studied as a Normalien litteraire at the ENS in Paris.
Dorothée Boissonnas
Investor Relations
Dorothée has 7 years of experience in CRM and Marketing at Ralph Lauren, and started her career as an Analyst in the Investment Banking division of Morgan Stanley.
Dorothée holds a BA in Business Administration from Dauphine University in Paris, and a Masters degree from ESCP
Olivier Picq
Chief Technology Officer
Previously, Olivier spent 15 years at Louis Capital Markets, where he served as the Head of Software Development. During his tenure, he constructed the entire IT infrastructure, covering the front middle and back office. He built front and middle office systems for cash equities and a suite of modelling tools for derivatives strategies. He managed a team of 5 people handling all asset classes.
At Ananda Olivier has been the architect of the firm’s infrastructure, automating back and middle office functionality and creating a tech stack for the trading and investment analytics.
Olivier graduated from CPE Lyon engineering school in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics.
Alex Richardson
Investment Analyst
Alex worked previously at Sloane Robinson and Portland House Group. He has over 15 years of research experience.
Alex graduated in Accounting and Finance from University of Manchester in 2001.
SoJung Eckes
Chief Operating Officer
SoJung joined Ananda in 2019 as Head of Operations. She started her career at KPMG where she qualified as a tax accountant. She then worked as a fund accountant at BlueCrest and moved onto more commercial roles at Systematica and Bridgepoint.
SoJung graduated from Warwick University in 2008 with a BSc in Business Management.
